Kernel Data Evaluation System and Modeling Based on ABC-BP Hybrid Algorithm

With the rapid development of Internet, demand for high-quality nuclear data services continues to grow. As main carrier network traffic, centers face huge challenges in resource management. In order optimize performance indicators flow (such as delay, jitter and packet loss rate, etc.), it is necessary study core evaluation system modeling. Through theoretical introduction modeling ABC-BP hybrid algorithm, this paper analyzes from three aspects: comprehensive evaluation, modeling, construction. Based on relevant research algorithm analysis feasibility based theory, existing literature are deeply discussed studied. Scientific operable index conduct ecological my country’s government open data, so that can truly understand its own status. According problems system, reasonably coordinate configure relationship between elements finally realize balanced, stable efficient operation system.The final experimental results show when fusion coefficients 49.7, 31.6, 56.3, 73.9 60.5, corresponding compatibility degrees 76.9%, 80.2%, 78.4%, 77.1% 79.3%, respectively. And always maintained at level about 78%, indicating has good terms compatibility.
